Buying guide and FAQ
Guard Acrylic FAQ
What is the difference between the Guard Bumper and the Guard Acrylic?
The bumper protects the edges only. The Guard Acrylic adds a rigid clear acrylic back plate, so the back of the slab is protected too and it stacks cleanly.
Which version do I need, PSA or BGS?
Check the label on your slab. PSA and BGS holders are different sizes, so each has its own version. Exact sizes are in the slab dimensions guide.
Can I stack slabs in Guard Acrylic cases?
Yes. The flat acrylic back stacks without sliding, unlike bare PSA slabs.
Is there UV protection?
The acrylic has no dedicated UV layer. For cards displayed near daylight, choose the Metal Case PSA with UV-protective glass. Compare both in metal vs acrylic slab cases.
How do bundles work?
Buy any 3 of the same Guard Acrylic product for $39.99 instead of $44.97, mixing any colors.
