Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (24–72 hours). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days. Express: 2 to 4 business days. All orders ship from Montreal — no customs, no cross-border delays.
United States
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and your address. Orders of $100 USD and over ship FREE. We ship with FedEx and DHL Express, typically 1 to 4 business days.
All duties and import taxes are included in the price you see at checkout. Nothing to pay when your parcel arrives — no customs bill, no brokerage fee, no surprise at the door.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Undelivered orders
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at info@slabium.store. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs services.
RETURNS
We have a 10-day return policy — you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging
- You need your order number or proof of purchase
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described
- Once your return is received and approved, you are refunded on your original payment method
If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away — we cover the return shipping and will replace the item or issue a full refund, at your choice.
To start a return, email info@slabium.store with your order number. We will confirm the return address before you ship anything. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.
