Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship from and how fast?

Every order ships from Montreal. Processing takes 1–3 business days. Canada: Standard 5–10 business days, Express 2–4 business days. USA: FedEx or DHL Express, 1–4 business days.

How much is shipping?

Canada: Standard $12, free on orders over $60 CAD. Express $20. USA: free on orders over $100 USD. See Shipping & Returns.

Do US orders pay duties?

No. US orders ship duty-paid, so there is nothing extra to pay at delivery.

Do you dropship?

No. Our stock is in Montreal and we pack and ship every order ourselves.

More than 120 colorways across bumpers, acrylic cases and metal cases, with more colors coming soon.

A color says Coming soon. What does that mean?

That color is restocking. You can order any other color now.

Returns & help

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 10 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong. Refunds go to the original payment method. Email info@slabium.store to start a return.
